- ₱50,000 – ₱500,000: 3–5 business days

- ₱500,000 and above: 5–10 business days

5. Gaming Rules

• Members can select games from the NinoGaming Lobby.

• Table minimum and maximum bets apply.

• If a member is disconnected during a game, the bet remains valid, and winnings (if any) will be credited automatically.

• Members must log out after finishing their gaming session.

6. Account Suspension & Restrictions

• Your account may be suspended for the following reasons:

• National Database for Restricted Persons — individuals banned from gaming

• Multiple accounts — only one account per player is allowed

• Promo and chips abuse — violating promotional guidelines

• Underage players — only individuals 21 years or older may play

• Suspicious transactions — subject to investigation by NinoGaming

• Use of bot software — considered cheating and will result in penalties

7. Liability & Policy Changes

• NinoGaming is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence, system issues, or third-party payment providers.

• Accounts found ineligible for gaming will have their funds forfeited to the Government.
